Myths and Drafts (1991)

I have already commented on the Myths series before (see “Cheap Hotel”, on this blog); I decided to revisit this series as I rummaged through the archives and once again realised something I already sensed back then: often my drafts were better than the finished pieces. I guess there was a openness in fooling around with the collage elements that got lost once I had to somehow decide on their final configuration. So here you have “The Man Who Chose to be Blind” and “Intestinal Bats” – preceded by a draft that, to my eyes at least, has managed to age much better.
